• Women's Fitness Club

  Unlike most women's only gyms Women's Fitness Club is a full service fitness facility open 7 days a week. Women's Fitness offer a wide range of group exercise classes for all fitness levels including yoga and mat pilates, a full line of single joint and functional weight machines, cardio equipment, both group and private personal training, weight management and tanning beds for those women who like to be golden brown.

  Women's Fitness fills the gap for those women who need and want to work out in a supportive women's only environment, but require more than just a few machines.

  Since August 2000 A WOMEN’S GYM has helped beginning, intermediate and advanced fitness level members feel equally comfortable and confident exercising at A WOMEN’S GYM. “It feels like home”, “ It’ so clean”, and “Great equipment” are the first words 95% of first time visitors say upon entering our gym. A WOMEN’S GYM members say, “It’s my sanctuary”.
